Barry Collier

Barry Collier brings over a decade of technology development and management to his role as Hydra's Chief Technology Officer. As CTO, Collier is responsible for developing and maintaining the company's proprietary Ad Tracking & Reporting platform as well as managing the company's underlying network and systems infrastructure. In addition, Collier is also responsible for the development of Hydra's Data Management platform and e-commerce properties.

Prior to his position at Hydra, Collier served as the Director of Technology for GreatUSAFlags and developed the back-end system responsible for handling transactions and fulfillment for the Iraqi Most Wanted Playing Cards, one of the fastest selling products ever launched online.

Collier has also held lead developer positions at well known companies including JDR Media where he a developed proprietary data management platform and Neopets, Inc., an interactive kids' entertainment website which sold to Viacom in 2005 for $160 million.

Collier has also created companies from the ground up. In 1997, Collier co-founded Axis Interactive Media Group, a web development firm for the film and music industry and in 2005, Collier co-created Urbaniacs.com, a virtual superhero world for youths.
