Senior Management Hires to Help Spearhead Evolution of Performance-based CPA Advertising Model
Los Angeles, CA — April 29, 2009 - Hydra, the largest pure performance-based advertising network distributing results-based campaigns through display, social media, e-mail and search marketing, today announced the appointment of Edward Roberto as Interim President and Trevor Thomas as Senior Vice-President of Sales. The additions come as part of an effort designed to add industry-leading capabilities and services to better serve both advertisers and publishers.

With an outstanding record of CEO and COO experience in financial and technological operations, Roberto brings over 20 years of experience to his position as Interim President. Prior to joining Hydra, Roberto led several companies through high growth stages.
Roberto holds an M.B.A. in Business and Entrepreneurship from Daniels School of Business at the University of Denver, CO.
Trevor Thomas brings top-level international experience in business and financial management to his position as Senior Vice President, Sales at Hydra. Heading up the affiliate and advertiser teams, he will lead new client acquisition efforts for the company, and direct initiatives to maximize service levels and campaign performance.
Prior to joining Hydra, Thomas was the Senior Vice-President of Sales at Experian Interactive Media heading both national and regional sales teams as well as their affiliate business, Affiliate Fuel. He holds a B.A. in Business Administration from Florida State University and a Marketing Management Certificate from the Columbia University Graduate Business School.
