Ad Network Adds Greater Control to Performance-Based Model
Beverly Hills, CA — May 27, 2009 – Hydra, the largest pure performance-based advertising network, today announced the appointment of Rachel Corcoran as Director of Compliance overseeing Hydra’s compliance team and the Hydra AdControl suite of services. An increased investment in compliance by Hydra, Corcoran’s appointment will provide higher quality and greater control than has traditionally been available to advertisers employing performance-based advertising.

Immediately prior to joining Hydra, Corcoran served at Experian as the Manager of Corporate Regulatory Compliance and Contracts for four metrics-driven Internet marketing and lead generation business units, including LowerMyBills.com representing over $500 million in media transactions. Previous to that, she was an associate with the law firm of Horn & Lusby LLP, where she headed up the Business Litigation practice, and litigated a broad range of cases with other Los Angeles area law firms. Corcoran also coordinated a number of domestic and international kidnap and extortion response projects, including a month-long security inspection in Azerbaijan for Paul Chamberlain International.

Corcoran received her B.A. from the University of California, Berkeley and her J.D., cum laude, from Trinity International University School of Law where she also served as Editor In Chief of the Trinity Law Review.
