Hydra, a leading performance-based advertising network, is seeking an individual to fill an entry-level position as an Office Assistant. This is a great opportunity for a recent college graduate looking to get his or her foot in the door at a fast-paced, growing company!

Job Description:

Assist Finance Director/Administration Manager with day-to-day office operations.

Duties Include:
  • Filing and file management;
  • Microsoft Office document preparation and revisions;
  • General office errands;
  • Daily kitchen clean up, including supply and beverage re-stocking, and management; and
  • General assistance with office projects, which will include physical labor.
Qualifications:
  • Solid computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office;
  • Familiarity with Internet research and navigation;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
  • Outgoing and professional personality;
  • Takes direction easily;
  • Able to lift 50 pounds; and
  • Must have valid driver's license, own a car, and have adequate liability insurance (mileage reimbursement will be provided at the rate allowed per current IRS regulations).

Compensation: $13-$15/hour, depending on experience.
