Hydra is seeking an entry-level graphic designer. This individual will report to the Director of Creative Services and be given the flexibility to manage his/her workflow in a way that best fits their style.

• Design ad creative (web banners, emails, etc) for clients and in-house properties;
• Design high-converting web site landing pages for Hydra Network advertisers;
• Interact with clients to gather project requirements and ensure performance goals are continually met;
• Stay current with web and graphic design trends, applying new techniques when they are called for; and
• Be creative and introduce new thinking and concepts to projects, with the goal of maximizing client revenue.

• 1+ years of full-time professional graphics design, or equivalent;
• Relevant training, coursework, or degrees are preferred;
• Strong knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator, and ImageReady on the PC platform;
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
• Strong organizational skills and be a team player;
• Online marketing and/or agency experience preferred;
• Available to work in Beverly Hills, CA; able to work in the office five days a week; and
• Able to start immediately.
